Delivery Information
IN CANADA & US. All Canadian addressed orders are shipped by Lettermail, the best combination of speed, economy, and safety.
Please note that items ordered together may have to be shipped in two or more parcels.
For Christmas gifts to be delivered in Canada & the US, orders should reach us by December 12th. Orders received after these dates will be shipped immediately, but we cannot guarantee arrival by Christmas.
OUTSIDE CANADA & US. We ship anywhere in the world. Orders to Great Britain and other countries are shipped SURFACE PARCEL POST so please allow 8 to 12 weeks for delivery, unless you request delivery service (Air Mail) or "Fastest" (Skypak).
Gift recipients outside Canada may have to pay customs duties, value-added taxes, or other government charges. We are required by law to affix customs declaration forms stating the value of goods in Canadian funds.
